Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
During promotional periods, launches, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer — we truly appreciate your patience.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

Gauteng: 1–2 working days

Major Cities (South Africa): 2–4 working days

Outlying Areas: 3–5 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delivery Responsibility

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lexi@lexies.co.za
 with your order number and clear photographs so we can resolve the matter promptly.
